PROCEDURE:

Velocity Design’s procedure starts and ends with the client’s needs. In order to best assess those needs, we will set-up a meeting to discuss the scope of your project. We like to gather as much information as possible. Your answers to the following questions can provide much of the information important to us in proceeding with your work.

* Who is the target audience?

* What is the message?

* How many pages in the piece?

* What are the dimensions?

* Is there a specific budget?

* Is there a deadline for completion?

* Can the client provide examples of design they like?

* Is there an existing corporate brand that needs to be matched?

Using this information, we will develop an outline of the content and goal of the project. The outline will designate each concept as well as the number of revisions, along with the related pricing structure. This information will be presented to the client before proceeding.

A negotiated deposit will be required before we begin working on the project. Once completed with the first round of proofs, we present them to the client and make the changes requested. The number of client revisions will be discussed in the initial meeting.

Once a final design is chosen and the client has provided signed approval, the artwork is prepared for production. Velocity Design will then oversee the production to ensure that it is of the best quality possible.
